Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 4–7 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days.

Delivery destinations
We currently serve customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and European countries. Available shipping methods and final charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.

Delays and address accuracy
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot ship to PO box addresses.

Customs and import charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges required by their destination country.
